Will a high-frequency material be substituted automatically?
No. Material substitutions must be reviewed against the project requirements and approved before release.
Can hybrid stack-ups be reviewed?
Yes. Hybrid constructions can be evaluated with the manufacturing resource confirmed for the project based on bonding, registration, thickness, and reliability requirements.
What impedance information is needed?
Provide target impedance, tolerance, reference layers, trace geometry if available, stack-up, coupon requirements, and test method.
