If available, please include the following information:

1. Layer count, quantity and target lead time
2. Material, board thickness and any special process requirements
3. Gerber files, stack-up or related drawings
4. For PCBA projects, BOM, pick-and-place (centroid) data, assembly drawings, and approved component substitutions
5. Any application-specific inspection, testing, certification or packaging requirements
