Whether it’s a first prototype or a low-volume pilot run, we offer engineering / EQ review in as little as 4 hours and manufacturing lead times as fast as 24 hours. We focus not only on getting the first build made, but also on manufacturability and quality consistency for subsequent volume production.
Engineering review timing and expedited production are subject to project-specific feasibility confirmation. PCB lead time starts from the final confirmation of EQ.

Feasibility Assessment
Our engineering team prioritizes the review of key manufacturing requirements and potential risks, including stack-up, impedance, hole structures, materials, and special processes, while also evaluating manufacturability for future volume production. Where appropriate, we provide potential recommendations on dimensions, process optimization, and cost improvement. Any items requiring confirmation are identified early and returned as EQs for review.
Manufacturing
After engineering confirmation, the manufacturing process and production documentation are prepared based on layer count, materials, impedance requirements, and any special processes. Each key production step is carried out according to the confirmed engineering requirements, helping ensure that the design intent is accurately translated into manufacturing.
The materials used comply with the applicable UL and project requirements, and key manufacturing processes are traceable.
Quality Inspection
After production is completed, finished boards are inspected according to the confirmed engineering requirements, including appearance, dimensions, electrical performance, and key process requirements. Particular attention is given to key quality items that may affect subsequent volume production, to ensure consistency across prototypes, pilot runs, and subsequent production.
Inspection results are traceable, and any issues are confirmed and addressed before shipment.
