DFM Review
Gerber, drill, stack-up, copper, solder mask, panelization, impedance, material and special notes are reviewed before quotation or release.
Quality & Certification
For prototypes and low-volume builds, quality starts before production: clear files, confirmed stack-up, realistic process selection, and inspection requirements agreed before release.
Quality Flow
Gerber, drill, stack-up, copper, solder mask, panelization, impedance, material and special notes are reviewed before quotation or release.
Questions are clarified with the customer before production starts, especially for HDI, high-speed, high-frequency and special process boards.
Key process points such as lamination, drilling, plating, solder mask, surface finish and electrical test can be followed according to project risk.
Final checks can include appearance, quantity, marking, electrical test status, dimensions, impedance data and packaging confirmation.
Inspection & Test
Detailed Quality Control
For high-risk prototypes, inspection requirements such as impedance data, microsection, dimensional confirmation or outgoing reports should be confirmed during RFQ, not after production is finished.
Certification Support
For projects that need formal quality systems or compliance support, MWX can arrange production through qualified manufacturing resources with relevant certification capability such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, UL and related customer audit requirements where applicable.
Certification documents and factory-specific evidence should be confirmed during RFQ, because the required certificate scope, production site, product type and customer approval process may differ by project.
