RFQ Checklist
Useful details to include in your first message.
- Gerber files, drill files and IPC-356 netlist if available
- Layer count, stack-up, board thickness and copper thickness
- Material requirement, Tg, CTI, halogen-free or low-loss requirement
- Surface finish, solder mask color, legend color and special marking
- Controlled impedance requirements and impedance coupon needs
- Quantity, target lead time, delivery address and shipping preference
- Special process notes such as HDI, back drilling, via plugging, edge plating or heavy copper
- Inspection reports or certification documents required by your project
