1. Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Shenzhen Meiweixin Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (MWX PCB), registered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, 518000. Privacy and project-file questions may be sent to david.xu@mwxpcb.com.
2. Information we collect
- Name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp, country or region
- Project type, layer count, quantity, target delivery date and project description
- Gerber, drill, PCB design, drawing, BOM and other project files you choose to upload
- Necessary technical and security logs; after the relevant consent, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers from the page address may be saved with an RFQ
3. How we use it
We use this information to reply to RFQs, check file completeness, coordinate DFM review, quotation and manufacturing support, maintain website and form security, save your cookie choice, and—after consent—measure website and advertising performance. When you submit an RFQ, we may link the consented campaign tags or click identifiers to that request to understand where it came from. A successful lead event may include a random RFQ reference for measurement and duplicate control; the lead event does not include your contact details or project files.
4. How project files are handled
Uploaded files are sent as RFQ notification attachments to the authorized MWX PCB mailbox at david.xu@mwxpcb.com. They also enter protected storage and do not receive a public direct link. If the email service rejects an attachment message because of size or another delivery limit, the system attempts a fallback notification without attachments but with the secure administrator access path. Project files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Basic RFQ and necessary communication records are retained for 12 months.
If your project requires an NDA first, contact us before uploading sensitive information so the text and signing entity can be confirmed.
5. Sharing and cross-border processing
We may use website hosting, email, security and Google analytics or advertising providers. When authorized for the project and necessary for evaluation or production, relevant manufacturing data may be provided to the manufacturing partner actually involved in that work. We do not sell project files or contact information.
6. Security measures
We use access controls, protected downloads, file-type and size restrictions, anti-abuse controls and scheduled deletion to reduce risk. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Do not upload unrelated personal information, passwords or executable files.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of relevant personal information, or object to or restrict particular processing. Cookie choices can be changed at any time through “Cookie choices” in the footer. Some records may need to remain for security, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.
8. Children’s information
This website is intended for businesses and professionals, not children. Do not submit children’s personal information through the form.
9. Policy changes
If our processing changes materially, we will update the date on this page and request consent again where appropriate.
