Files & Requirements
Gerber files, drill data, stack-up and fabrication notes are checked for completeness before engineering review.

Engineering Review & DFM
Production engineering carries out CAM and DFM review, with engineering queries (EQs) tracked through customer clarification.

- Manufacturability, production readiness and cost recommendations

Materials & Process Confirmation
Confirmed engineering requirements are consolidated into the production specification.

Production Planning & Follow-up
Production is scheduled against the confirmed specifications and project timeline.

Inspection & Electrical Testing
Inspection findings, rework and re-inspection are tracked before boards are released for shipment.
