This website provides information about MWX PCB services, manufacturing capabilities, technical articles and project contact. Its content is general business and engineering reference and is not a final manufacturing commitment for a specific project.
2. Quotation and engineering confirmation
Capabilities, lead times and examples are reference ranges. Price, manufacturability, material, process, quality requirements and lead time must be confirmed against valid project files, engineering review and the parties’ written quotation or order.
3. Information you submit
By submitting content or project files, you represent that you have the right to provide them to MWX PCB and authorize their use only for RFQ handling, engineering evaluation, manufacturing coordination and related communication. Do not upload malicious software, unlawful material, third-party information you have no right to disclose, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
4. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Your project files and their intellectual property remain yours or the relevant rights holder’s. We receive no additional use right except as necessary for project evaluation, quotation or authorized manufacturing. If special confidentiality terms are required, sign an NDA before sharing sensitive files.
5. Website content
MWX PCB branding, page design, text, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. They may not be bulk copied, resold, impersonated or used for misleading promotion without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attack website security, bypass upload restrictions, automate abusive form submissions, insert malicious code, impersonate another person or interfere with the website or other users.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and MWX PCB does not control their content or continued availability.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available. MWX PCB is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from a decision based only on general website information without formal engineering review or written confirmation. Project responsibility is governed by the applicable quotation, order or contract.

Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, website use and matters directly connected with the operator are handled under applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China. The governing law and dispute mechanism for a transaction follow the parties’ contract.
