Inspection & Process Control
Quality checks are carried out at key manufacturing stages according to the PCB structure, process requirements and customer specifications. Inspection results and identified issues are followed through before the boards move to the next stage.
- Check appearance, dimensions and key process requirements
- Verify critical items against approved production specifications
- Identify and record process abnormalities or defects
- Follow up on corrective actions and re-inspection results

Electrical Testing
Electrical testing is performed according to the PCB structure, quantity and project requirements to identify open circuits, short circuits and continuity issues before shipment. Different test methods are selected according to the production stage and order volume.
- Check for open and short circuits
- Verify circuit continuity according to test data
- Use flying probe testing for prototypes and low-volume builds when applicable
- Use fixture-based electrical testing for suitable production quantities

Quality Records
Inspection and production records are maintained according to process and project requirements. Selected records are shown below with customer and project information removed.
Nonconformance Handling
- Issue Identified
- Isolation
- Analysis
- Disposition / Rework
- Re-inspection
- Closure
When a nonconformance is identified, the affected boards are isolated and the issue is reviewed before further processing. Appropriate disposition or rework is carried out based on the evaluation, followed by re-inspection and confirmation before the issue is closed.
Certifications
Certification holder, manufacturing site, scope and validity are subject to document verification for each project.
